Our Virtual Training is designed for HOME USE! Traditional gymnastics events will be trained using space and props commonly found in most houses. We pair our quality gymnastics instruction with our Powerful Words Character Development Program to create an unbeatable experience, where children can learn amazing life-changing skills for LIFE! Preschool Gymnastics
Our Virtual Preschool Gymnastics program is designed for boys and girls up to 5 years of age. We will focus on development of the whole child, with focus on motor skills, balance, agility, strength, and fitness using basic gymnastics instruction in the comfort of your own home! We will offer this class three times/week for approximately 25 minutes. You are welcome to attend one or ALL, as your schedule allows! Sound great? Beginner Gymnastics for All
Our Virtual Beginner Gymnastics for All is designed to serve children ages 5 and up who are just beginning their gymnastics journey. Motor skills, balance, strength, and agility will pair with character development to help children work on skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, bridges, cartwheels, handstands, and so much more! If you are enrolled in our "on site" program typically, this program would be great for "older" advanced preschoolers, All Level 1, and Level 2 students! This class is offered three times per week and we invite you to attend as often as you'd like. All sessions are 25 minutes long. Click below to sign up for classes this week!

Intermediate/Advanced Gymnastics for All
Our Virtual Intermediate/Advanced Gymnastics program is designed to serve children ages 5 and up who have progressed in their gymnastics journey. These athletes should have independent backbend kickovers, pullovers, etc. Children will continue to grow their gymnastics through drills and skills designed for "home use" and paired with our continued character development program, Powerful Words. If you have been enrolled in our "on-site" program, this class would be geared towards our Recreational Level 3s, 4s, and 5s. This class is offered three times per week and we invite you to attend as often as you'd like. All sessions are 25 minutes long. Click below to sign up for classes this month!
